The new jacket will be the cape ?!
Calf-length capes will come into focus this spring and summer, the designers have already taken precautions. My absolute must-have for 2021.
Is it made of pleated tulle and a lace border? or lace like here with a velvet bow to tie.
The cape style should be worn with a mini dress skirt or denim skinny or leather leggings. Interesting style with enough options for interpretation.
